Spiritual counseling is a way to explore and deepen the spiritual aspects of life for people of all faiths. The impulse to seek spiritual growth or fulfillment may occur spontaneously as an 'awakening', as a result of pain, or due to an unusual experience. I draw from an over 12 year background in shamanism, reiki, crystal and chakra therapy, meditation, visualization, hypnosis, intuitive reasoning, and other studies in mystical consciousness and esoteric thought. I offer guidance, support, education, and the knowledge gained from my own personal experiences for clients seeking to enhance their spiritual lives or spiritual practice.

My practice as a Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, and Spiritual Counselor developed as a result of my own life-long journey of healing and transformation. I have grappled with and overcome a range of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual hardships and traumas. My dedication to 'doing the work' led me to learn from and mentor under skilled professionals and teachers in many diverse fields. As I continued to grow and learn, I realized that the tools, techniques, and knowledge I was acquiring could be helpful to others dealing with their own unique challenges. In 2014 I became certified in hypnotherapy and officially started working with clients, sharing my expertise.
My natural inclination to be of service to others led me to realize that people can only help others as much as they have helped themselves. Committing to a path of healing from childhood sexual abuse, two violent Near Death Experiences, prolonged psychological abuse, and PTSD brought me face-to-face with some of the darkest aspects of humanity and of myself. I am eternally grateful for this experience because it now allows me to bring empathy, compassion, and understanding to the challenges clients face. Self-acceptance and forgiveness were two incredibly powerful tools that helped me through what Carl Jung termed 'Shadow Work'.
It is an honor and a joy to share the lessons learned from my own journey, at times terrible and at times beautiful, to support clients in their own growth and development. One Near Death Experience occurred almost 10 years ago when I fell through a jewelry display case. I was on a high warehouse shelf and fell almost 6 feet. A large shard of glass broke off and pierced my leg. It severed the arteries, nerves, and veins below my left knee. Through natural means, all of which I share with clients that wish to focus on physical health, I made a full recovery regrowing the nerves, regaining full mobility & reversing my scar completely.
Mental disciplines like visualization, meditation, prayer, and self-hypnosis were a critical part of healing from my first Near Death Experience. Physical practices were equally important and included: a raw food diet, green juices, digestive and metabolic enzymes, probiotics, cellular exercise, deep breathing, and time spent connecting with nature.
