I link these and other aspects of our mind together in a simple system that helps bring understanding and awareness to the issues you are facing. We then integrate targeted mindset changes with the hypnotic suggestions for maximum effect. This leads to new habits, behavior, and mental patterns that are both positive and enjoyable.

The reason my methods are effective is because I have developed them over the course of 15 years personal experience. I once struggled with anxiety, depression, and addiction. Several near death experiences and childhood sexual abuse also left me with PTSD and OCD. Much of my life was a struggle through these challenges. I was constantly seeking new tools and ideas that could help me overcome all the challenges I faced. The longer I refused to give up, the better things became. Finally, one day, I just realized that I had lost track of the last time I had felt anxious or depressed. My energy had increased phenomenally from the food and juice I was consuming. My mind felt clear and I had a daily practice that kept me grounded. I developed a new framework for psychology that opened up new tools and techniques for personal transformation. I’ve developed a syllabus of 40 different focus areas that draws from the best of my own experiences and learning through my entire life. Once you start to integrate the new concepts into your daily life, the positive effects become cumulative and compound over time. The before and after pictures of my leg show what I was able to achieve by gaining access to the true power of the mind and fueling it with dense nutrition. my experience as a hypnotist was also a huge tool that helped accelerate my healing.
Mental disciplines like visualization, meditation, prayer, and self-hypnosis were a critical part of healing from my first Near Death Experience.
