Mindset is a combination of attitude and perspective, how we think and feel about our internal world and how we perceive our external world.  Both aspects of Mindset influence our Self-Talk and provides 'instructions' to the conscious and subconscious mind that creates our habits, behaviors, and beliefs.  Lifestyle is shaped by these factors and includes things like daily routine, food choices, sleep pattern, exercise habits, relaxation activities, and more.  Eventually, our Environment becomes a reflection of our Lifestyle and reinforces our Self-Talk and Mindset.  Life Coaching emphasizes how to take advantage of this feedback loop to reprogram or 'hack' your own life and mind for positive change.

Most of our Self-Talk happens unconsciously.  That means it happens below the threshold of the conscious mind, leaving us unable to change it.  Likewise, our physical Environment (such as living area, work space, etc.) is often the product of unconscious choices, behaviors, and habits.  Life Coaching brings these aspects of the Mindset-Lifestyle Feedback Loop out of the shadow and into conscious awareness turning them into powerful allies.  Affirmations, mantras, and personal declarations can also be used to permanently evolve Self Talk.

Imagine watching an upsetting, troubling, or unpleasant movie over and over again on repeat.  That is not an experience most people would want to have, yet our minds experience it constantly!  By emphasizing unpleasant memories we are unable to change we lock ourselves into recurring behavior and limit our potential.  By over-imagining uncertain futures we inhibit action taking and prevent ourselves from living our best life.  Life Coaching gives clients a chance to address the challenges of Overpowered Memory and Overactive Imagination to dissolve the issues that lead to harmful patterns of guilt, shame, fear, and doubt.

Coaching programs begin with assessment and education sessions covering Mindset, Self Talk, Lifestyle, Environment, Memory, and Imagination.  After that, clients are free to select their own path through 40 in-depth focus areas.  See below for the complete list.  Each area includes educational information, tools, techniques, and motivational support for anchoring the new information into your daily life.  All focus areas were carefully selected and designed to interconnect -no matter which areas you choose!  Sessions last 1½ hours and occur weekly (in-person or remotely via audio or video) for the duration of your program.
